At Great NW Homes, building homes is our family legacy and lifelong passion. Established by Dennis and Gayle Folden in the 1980's the business has proudly crafted one of a kind custom homes across the PNW.
Today GNW is owned by their two children, the brother-and-sister team of Devon Folden and Candice Rathke. Between the two, there are decades of experience in building homes. More important than the experience, however, is the love for the work they do and the pride that comes after each successful build.
One of the things families appreciate most about working with us is the direct personal attention they receive. From the first meeting to customer service years after move-in you work directly with Candice and Devon. They are the ones listening to your vision, answering your questions, making decisions on-site, and keeping everything on track.
